Veg Out!

I remember, many years ago, being served a salad with wilted lettuce and tomatoes that looked as if they had been frozen and then thawed. That was the only thing on the menu for a vegetarian. Today, it is great to be a vegetarian and more restaurants are catering to my way of eating. Once a week on Thursdays (Wednesday is our homeschool cooking day), I will feature a new recipe for you and your family to try. Vegetarian and organic is our direction, but desserts are ALWAYS welcome.
Whether this is already your style of cooking and eating or you have never tried or thought of becoming a ‘tofu eater’, I think your mouth may water at some of the recipes I will share.
